Dubai World Central:Residential City, Jebel Ali International Airport
Dubai World Central (DWC) is a mega project and estimated at US $33 billion including infrastructure, is formed by the following 6 projects: (1) DWC Commercial City, (2) DWC International Airport, (3) DWC Residential City, (4) DWC Aviation City, (5) DWC Logistics City, (6) DWC Golf Resort. 
DWC Commercial City will be the business and finance hub with more than 850 towers each up to 75 floors. Approximately 25 hotels will be built in this new financial center and 130.000 people will be working in this area.
DWC International Airport is at the heart of this new part of Dubai and will become the world's largest passenger and cargo hub.It will have an annual cargo capacity of 12 million tons, more than three times that of today's largest cargo hub which is Memphis, and a passenger capacity of more than 120 million, almost 50% more than Atlanta, currently the world's busiest passenger airport. 
In Residential City 250,000 people are expected to live there and 20,000 will find a job. The real estate will be developed in 3 phases: the first phase was sold out in february 2007 and the next two phases will be on the market by the end of 2007.The land will be freehold ownership.In total the size of Residential City will be 8.6 square kilometres and several five to ten storey apartment blocks will be built. The Dubai Metro will run through the whole area .
DWC Aviation City will be the leading center of the Arab World with top technology manufacturing and science and technology education. 
Dubai Logistics City (DLC) is the world's first integrated logistics platform.In this custom bonded and Free Zone area all transport modes, logistics and value added services, including light manufacturing and assembly come together.
DWC Golf Resort will feature two 18-hole golf courses in various styles, a luxury clubhouse with restaurants and a Pro shop.In total 2,500 freehold homes ranging from two-storey villas to 24-storey apartment blocks will be built.
